We offer a variety of flexible payment options to allow you to spread out the cost of dental treatment over time. Our payment options include Afterpay.
Afterpay is a digital payment system that offers convenience for you to enjoy your new smile immediately while paying for it later. AfterPay allows you to split the expense of your dental procedures into four equal fortnightly payments. If you pay on time, no further fees or interest will be charged. Afterpay approval takes seconds, and if accepted, you can begin using the service instantly.
How Does Afterpay Work?
You must download the Afterpay App and create an account on your mobile device. After that, you’ll receive instant approval on your application. In contrast, returning customers will need to simply log into their Afterpay account to make payments.
Throughout the approval process, Afterpay will pre-authorise your selected credit card for the amount of your first instalment. All Afterpay transactions are subject to approval by Afterpay. For instance, if a patient is late with a payment, they will not be able to use Afterpay to pay for dental procedures until their payments are current.
If you pay on time, you can enjoy no interest fee. Afterpay can send you regular reminders regarding your payment. You can also view your payment schedule using the Afterpay app.
Eligibility Requirements for Afterpay Payment
- 1.) You must be at least 18 years old.
- 2.) An Australian mobile phone number and a valid and verifiable email address are required;
- 3.) A valid Australian address must be provided.
- 4.) Having a Visa or Mastercard credit card or debit card gives you access to an Australian payment method.
How to Sign Up
1.) Download the Afterpay app..
2.) Create an account in the application.
3.) Book your dental appointment with South Lakes Smiles.
4.) Prior to your appointment, tap the barcode icon on your Afterpay app to view your spending limit.
5.) You can now begin your dental treatment.
6.) Following your dental treatment, our staff will help you by scanning your barcode. At the time of your visit, your initial fortnightly payment will be debited from the credit card you have authorized. Once your Afterpay account has been approved, you will be able to view your payment schedule using the Afterpay App.
