How Does Health Funds Work?
South Lake Smiles uses HICAPS, an electronic claim and payment service that makes using your dental health cover as seamless as possible. Patient health insurance claims can be automatically processed through an instant transaction service. We keep our clients informed every step of the way, so they leave our dental office feeling assured that their dental rebate is secured.
You will receive a rebate based on your policy cover, premiums paid, and health fund. Various private health fund providers, such as Medibank, Bupa, HCF, and nib, can be accessed through HICAPS.
